Method 2:

If the issue persists, then uninstall the printer drivers.

Follow these steps to uninstall the printer drivers.

a. Press Windows key+X and select Device Manager.
b. Search for the printer driver and expand it.
c. Right click on the printer driver and select Uninstall.
